Does Twitter hassle you when you try to remove one of their celeb leeches or is it a gltich?

The nature of the tweet game... follow and un-follow. But have you ever noticed how you get hassled with this annoying pop up when you try and remove one of twitter's recommended celeb accounts? I've never had it happen un-following someone that wasn't a twitter celeb.

Is it a glitch... or twitterbitchslap?
